The mentality of buying new units with the thought of reselling if after living in it for a few years is no longer a guarantee for profits. Renting out of the condo units is a much better approach if you can manage the upkeep.

Nobody guaranteed them that the mobile home park usage would never change, and you have the right to do with your property whatever the city has within their plan as allowed.
